My journey of the last 9 yrs is one of moving from self-neglect to self-love… from people pleasing to being unapologetically me… from fear to freedom!

Learning to listen to AND act from my Intuition have been the key ingredients.

It started in 2016 with my life getting flipped upside down through divorce. The already shaky foundation I was standing on completely crumbled to the ground. I spent the next two years finding my footing as a single Mom of young children, healing my heart in weekly therapy, managing my mental health with medication, and barely surviving the weight of it all. I knew that the way I was living was not sustainable and it needed to change, but I had no idea how or what or when. I was stuck.

Then, in May of 2018 I was at a leadership conference listening to Maria Shriver give the keynote. Right there, in the audience of hundreds of women, I heard the words “Start Living Life for YOU”! I looked up and around wondering if I was the only one who heard it. Then again, “Start Living Life for YOU”. What the heck? I had no idea what living life for ME would look like or feel like and honestly I thought it sounded a bit selfish. I knew in my bones; however, that it was the right path to travel and would later come to learn this was my Intuition, my higher self speaking to me loud and clear!

There’s a lot that can be said about the 7 years since that moment I first heard my Intuition. Basically went through a full fledged spiritual awakening including even darker and more challenging times as well as profound beauty and more love, joy, and freedom than I ever knew was possible! It’s been a long and winding journey but I have found myself, my authenticity, my voice, my LIGHT! I am now able to show up as the happiest, healthiest version of me for my family, friends, clients, and community!
